Context
I created this typographic print as a personal design project for my home. Romans 8:18 is a verse that has always grounded and encouraged me, and I wanted a piece of artwork that reflected both its meaning and the aesthetic of my living space.
Problem
Most scripture‑based prints available online are overly ornate, use dated fonts, or rely on decorative elements that clashed with the calm, contemporary look of my space. I needed a design that honored the emotional weight of the verse without overwhelming the room.
Goal
My goal was to design a refined, modern typographic print that captured the hope and reassurance of Romans 8:18 while complementing the warm, minimalist aesthetic of my home. I used intentional font pairings for different words, applied gentle hierarchy, and used a muted color palette that would match my existing décor. The final piece is meant to function as both a personal reminder and a subtle, elegant addition to my space.
